Meet Atlas! Atlas is a play group ROCK STAR! Atlas loves playing with other dogs here at the shelter. He is just as friendly when meeting new people. Smart boy, Atlas knows a few basic obedience commands and he is fully house trained. Atlas is an outgoing and friendly guy that would make an excellent adventure buddy. Looking for a dog who's down for a day at the park or river walk, followed by a patio lunch, then a Netflix marathon on the couch at the end of the day? Atlas may be your perfect match! Atlas took a break from the shelter and spent some time in a foster home. His foster family reports "Atlas is very loving dog with such a unique personality. He loves other dogs and humans. He has already mastered “sit” and “stay”, and we are working on the command “house” for crate obedience. His favorite things in life are rope toys and peanut butter filled Kong’s! He hasn’t had a single accident in the house and patiently waits by the back door to be let outside. He is a very observant dog who catches on to things quickly.
